David O. Welch Endowed Fund
The David O. Welch Endowed Fund will provide a grant each year to a graduating senior to support graduate or professional education, honoring David Welch’s life-long advocacy of civil and human rights. First preference to will be given students from Ashland in Boyd County, Kentucky, then to Kentuckians, then to any Berea College student.
